BRAVO High Accuracy, HA and Bravo New Technology, NT, Series are heavy duty, high performance, horizontal measuring arm robots, specifically designed for flexible on-line dimensional inspection of car bodies and subassemblies. BRAVO offers customized technology to facilitate car body inspection within automatic flexible manufacturing process. Foremost in operator safety, these systems comply with stringent industry standards.
BRAVO HA offers real-time process control elements relative to speed, accuracy, and reliability, combined with the added advantage of reduced maintenance. Extremely stable, stiff and resistant to the harsh shop floor conditions. Advanced multisensor temperature compensation system ensures nominal measuring accuracy over an extended ambient temperature range. Floor flush installations feature easy access with durable walk-able covers on X-rails for floor. A most reliable machine with proven ≥97% uptime, three shifts per day and seven days per week, which ranks BRAVO HA as one of the highest throughput body-in-white measuring robots in the world.
Data handling and control systems handle point to point continuous scanning applications at various automation levels. Advanced software compensation routines eliminate the requirement for re-calibration. Advanced geometric error compensation ensures superior long term measurement accuracy. Tactile and non-contact measurement can be achieved using a wide selection of continuous wrists, indexable heads, control units, probes, extra- long extension bars and related accessories. Diverse probing options to facilitate comprehensive inspection of automotive body interior as well.
The BRAVO series are available in either single or dual arm configuration. All BRAVO models can be equipped with the patented FIVE U-nique flexible fixturing system. This system offers complete modularity capability to design and construct infinite solutions of high accuracy fixtures.
