Prima C1 offers state of the art performance and cost-effective flexible gaging of large–volume workpieces for manufacturing support. The quality of design and unique mechanical structure, makes Prima C1 a high-performance Direct Computer Control, (DCC) system.
The Prima C1 is designed for easy operation within most operating conditions. Its open architecture design allows complete access and facilitates effortless material handling. A three-point worktable support design eliminates the need for costly foundations. The rugged construction is combined with a built-in linear thermal compensation system for reliable operation within production environments.
Prima C1 can be equipped with a high-performance CW43L servo wrist, laser sensors, continuous scanning probes, and an assortment of probes / styli changers. It is available in single arm configuration, and side-mounted to system base plate. Prima C1 can be equipped with the patented FIVE U-nique flexible fixturing system permitting program driven configuration for highly accurate part holding fixtures. The modular concept of FIVE U-nique allows accurate fixture construction to accommodate an unlimited number of work piece configurations.
